Dr Simon Moss, B.Sc. Hons., PhD.
Dr Simon Moss is an adjunct senior lecturer at Monash University and senior lecturer at the Cairnmillar Institute.  His primary research interest concerns how characteristics of organizations and societies—from leadership behavior to taxation policies—influence the cognition, emotion, and motivation of individuals. 
 
Simon has published many books and scientific papers on how organisational policies and leadership practices can optimize innovation, wellbeing, employee engagement, and decision making.  These books include “The negative side of positive thinking”, “Success at university: What they haven’t told you”, and “Where should I work”.  
 
Simon has a Ph.D in Psychology and is a board member of the College of Organisational Psychologists (Vic Section).
